Avant South returns to Tech Square on Oct. 12 – 13 to convene founders, executives, policymakers, investors, researchers, creators, and students to focus on the intersection of technology, culture, and innovation.

Georgia Tech is joining the national Foundry School initiative, bringing advanced manufacturing industry leaders to campus to engage students on building and operating world-class manufacturing enterprises. The effort builds on Georgia Tech’s growing role in American manufacturing, including the recently expanded 60,000-square-foot Advanced Manufacturing Pilot Facility, which uses AI, robotics and connected technologies to move innovations from research toward production. The initiative also builds on Tech’s partnerships with industry, workforce organizations and Pax Silica nations.
